1. The transmission system uses mining customized hydraulic torque converter and power shift gearbox （SHANTUI brand）to ensure its stability and high efficiency, and matches the high speed ratio mining machinery drive axle to achieve low speed and large torque, making the first gear more powerful and the bucket easy to fill. High operating efficiency; easy maintenance, easier to purchase matching parts.

3. The operating system adopts pilot control to make operation easily and work efficiently.

4. The electrical system is designed to be waterproof and moisture-proof, which is suitable for wet conditions under the well.

5. The engine air intake system uses an oil-bath air filter to replace the ordinary paper air filter (the paper filter element will be deformed and blocked due to the humid air intake and lose the filtering effect). There is no need to replace the filter element.

6. Exhaust gas purification system adopts water filtration device + Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) to achieve two-stage filtration. The exhaust gas is discharged in the form of water mist and quickly settles to the ground, which greatly reduces air pollution and protects the roadway environment and the physical and mental health of the driver.

7. The service brake is a multi-disc wet brake, the parking brake is a spring brake, and the hydraulic pressure is released to make the brake safe and reliable.

8. The steel plate of the vehicle frame is thickened and strengthened. The bucket main board is made of wear-resistant special steel plate, which is durable and has a longer service life.

9. Use 10.00-20 smooth wear-resistant puncture-resistant rubber tires.

10. Equipped with wet brake axle to avoid damage to the braking system caused by water and sediment in the roadway, which is durable.

11. The width of the whole machine is 1.3 meters. The structure is compact and easy to operate. It can perform shovel, loading, transportation, and unloading operations with high efficiency.
