1. 2. The transmission system adopts SHANTUI torque converter and fixed-shaft gearbox. It has four forward gears and two reverse gears. The transmission range is large, and it matches the high-speed ratio mine wheel deceleration bridge to achieve low speed and high torque. The shovel is more powerful, the bucket is easy to fill, and the operation efficiency is high.

3. The hydraulic system, power system, transmission system, etc. use China well-known brands, are durable, and are common with domestic mainstream brand loaders (XCMG, LIUGONG, etc.), and are easy to maintain.

4. The electrical system is designed to be waterproof and moisture-proof, adapting to the wet working conditions underground.

5. The engine air intake system uses an oil-bath air filter to replace the ordinary paper air filter (the paper filter element will be deformed and clogged due to the moisture of the intake air and lose the filtering effect), without replacing the filter element.

6. The exhaust gas purification system uses a water filtration device + Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) to achieve two-stage filtration. The exhaust gas is discharged in the form of water mist and quickly settles to the ground, greatly reducing air pollution and protecting the roadway environment and the driver ’s physical and mental health.

7. The brake system adopts air-over oil caliper disc brake to make the brake safe and reliable. Optional wet brake axle, less maintenance and longer service life.

8. The blade of the bucket is made of wear-resistant 400 special steel plate, and is equipped with rock bucket teeth, the bucket has a longer service life, and is suitable for the shovel loading of gold ore, iron ore, copper ore with a large specific gravity.

9. The reinforced safety shed can resist the impact of rock falling in the roadway and protect the driver's safety.

10. The climbing ability is strong, and the maximum climbing capacity is 15°at full load. With the help of a hoist, it can be used for excavation of slopes within 25°.
